Prepare Your Package
Place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and presentation box, ensuring all security tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our gemologists inspect the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
